About The Position

Intercept Health is a family-owned agency serving various mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. This position is a 10-month role, meaning the summer months off. The 360 Program Supervisor will supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues. They will perform and supervise the delivery of 360 services to clients, ensuring effective leadership-based management of the 360 program with an emphasis on high-quality care. The selected candidate will also work collaboratively with all Intercept Health departments to provide services as needed. This includes orienting new 360 Therapeutic Aides, securing staff to cover vacancies, and potentially filling in for shifts. Additionally, the 360 Program Supervisor will provide direction, encouragement, and training to 360 Therapeutic Aides.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and related experience in the human services field.
At least 5 years experience in the human services field without a degree and management experience in any field.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
Perform and supervise the delivery of 360 services to clients.
Ensure effective leadership-based management of the 360 program with an emphasis on high quality care.
Work collaboratively with all Intercept Health departments to provide services, as needed.
Orient new 360 Therapeutic Aides to the program.
Secure staff to cover vacancies in the schedule due to staff absences and no-shows.
Potentially fill in for shifts as needed.
Provide direction, encouragement, and training to 360 Therapeutic Aides in the performance of their duties.
