340B Compliance Analyst
About The Position
Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago’s western suburbs. The 340B Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and providing expert direction to staff and management. The role maintains current policies and procedures for 340B purchasing, develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities, and conducts audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion. The analyst routinely reviews compliance policies and procedures and recommends changes to support 340B compliance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience.
- 3–5 years of previous job-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or purchasing is preferred.
- 6–10 years of previous job-related experience preferred.
- Five years of pharmaceutical purchasing, wholesaler, and vendor experience.
- Three years of 340B program experience, including use of various vendor software programs or portals.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or purchasing.
- 6–10 years of previous job-related experience.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Completion of a 340B University program certificate of achievement.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and provide expert direction to staff and management.

- Develop systems and processes to limit program liabilities.
- Conduct audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
- Routinely review 340B compliance program policies and procedures.
- Recommend contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance.
