About The Position

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a detail-oriented 340B Auditor to support our integrated care team in Newton, Kansas. This full-time role is essential in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity of our 340B Drug Pricing Program while supporting our mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to our community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HMC relies on the 340B program to help stretch limited resources and expand patient services. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding program compliance and optimizing program performance so we can continue serving patients regardless of ability to pay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong knowledge of HRSA 340B regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of 340B, pharmacy compliance, auditing, or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
  • Experience with contract pharmacies preferred.
  • EHR or pharmacy system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine and ad hoc audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations.
  • Review patient eligibility, provider eligibility, and prescription data for accuracy.
  • Monitor contract pharmacy activity to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts.
  • Reconcile 340B purchase data, dispensing records, and inventory systems.
  • Identify compliance risks and prepare audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, billing, finance, and clinical teams.
  • Assist with HRSA audit preparation and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate audit documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
