About The Position
We are looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.
Requirements
- Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Support brake, suspension, and component repairs
- Learn to use diagnostic software and tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
Benefits
- Clear wage progression: Level 1: $26–30/hr., Level 2: $30–34/hr., Level 3: $34–38/hr.
