About The Position

Wessuc Inc. is seeking a licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic for a steady day-shift role supporting their company-owned fleet. This position focuses on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and minimizing downtime across a diverse range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers, light-duty vehicles, agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections, identifying potential failures, prioritizing repairs, and maintaining a clean and safe shop environment. Wessuc is a family-owned company that values its people and promotes safe, efficient operations.

Requirements

• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
• Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality work

Nice To Haves

• Fleet maintenance experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections
• Identify and address issues before they become major failures
• Prioritize repairs to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
