About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated 310T Maintenance Apprentice to join our fleet maintenance team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced licensed technicians to inspect, repair, and maintain our heavy-duty commercial fleet while actively earning hours toward your 310T Truck and Coach Technician license.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; active registration as a 310T Apprentice with the skilled trades governing body (or enrolled in an accredited pre-apprenticeship program).
• Strong foundational understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in heavy commercial vehicles.
• Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety regulations, shop procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
• Possess a basic set of mechanics hand tools (with a willingness to build out your toolkit over time).
• Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work scheduled shifts and operational overtime when needed.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract (Class G minimum; Class D or DZ considered a strong asset).
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed 310T technicians with routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs across the heavy commercial fleet.
• Learn and assist in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and electrical system issues using modern diagnostic tools.
• Support daily shop safety checks, vehicle inspections, and ensure equipment meets provincial safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, tools, and fluid handling stations.
• Accurately log work orders, parts usage, and repair notes in accordance with company protocols.
