About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly position for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, working from 3pm to 11:00pm. The role involves operating power industrial trucks, moving or lifting heavy objects, and performing various tasks in a heavy, industrial environment. Responsibilities include maintaining production records, examining products, cleaning work areas and equipment, adjusting machinery, monitoring operations, sorting materials, loading/unloading, measuring, weighing, counting, performing safety inspections, signaling coworkers, and reading tape measurements. The position requires availability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is mandatory.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and perform tape measurements
• Previous Industrial/ Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred
• Good attendance record
• Ability and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department line of progression
• Successfully complete pre-employment screenings including an Assessment test (if applicable), background investigation, drug screen, reference checks, employment and education verifications, and the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act.
