About The Position

Ensure palletizing area is clean, always organized and operating under factory standards. Complete assigned Master Sanitation Schedule. Correctly label finished goods pallets with correct sku, quantity and batch. Make adjustments to pallet induction system to ensure production is tracked under correct process order. Record pallet information of Palletizing sheet. Maintain the operation of the labeler and stretch wrapper. Ensure effective hand over with the next shift, all faults and issues reported. To ensure production meets targeted outputs through effective control of the manufacturing process. To communicate effectively with the entire team, including production and maintenance. Ensure health and safety requirements are fully met and a positive safety culture is maintained throughout the department. Ensure you walk the talk always using the safety, quality and productivity mindset, attend to the issues as and when they happen. Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees. Following the principle of “will I do this to my home?” Act with a sense of urgency to accomplish goals and tasks. Stay focused at all times! Make timely decisions. Find root cause and solution to problems. Train others as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Safety and quality adherence.
• Your equipment.
• Excellent communication with other operators, team members, maintenance and management.
• Quality and technical system adherence.
• Completion of the required production to plan.

Nice To Haves

• One-year related experience (preferred).
