About The Position
The 2nd shift floor person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facility. This role focuses on intensive floor care and general sanitation to ensure the store is clean and fully prepared for morning customers.
Requirements
- Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of a shift.
- A self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attendance record and dependable transportation for late-night shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience operating a floor buffer and scrubbing machine is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial floor scrubbers and buffers to maintain, polish, and clean hard floor surfaces.
- Sweep and mop hallways, lobbies, offices, and common areas.
