Maintenance Janitorial (Floors)
About The Position
The Maintenance Janitorial (Floors) team member helps keep two manufacturing facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors. The role focuses on mopping production-area floors and operating, cleaning, and maintaining a self-propelled floor scrubber. The team member also assists with general facility cleaning and housekeeping and performs other janitorial or facility-related duties as assigned. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The starting wage is $20 per hour. Benefits include vacation, health insurance, a 401(k), and additional company benefits.

- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, pushing, and lifting.
Responsibilities
- Mop production-area floors in two manufacturing facilities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate a self-propelled floor scrubber.
- Clean, maintain, and perform basic upkeep on floor-scrubbing equipment.
- Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility as needed.
- Support other janitorial and facility-related duties as assigned.
