About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance at a travel center. The role includes keeping store facilities clean and well-maintained, including showers and restrooms, and providing excellent guest service through those facilities. Pay rates start between $15.40 and $22.05 per hour. The position offers opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the company’s travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general store repairs and maintenance.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
