2nd Shift Finishing Associate
About The Position
Inland Packaging is seeking a dedicated Finishing Associate for its label and packaging manufacturing operation in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and operating a machine that cuts labels according to customer specifications, maintaining product quality throughout production, and completing quality assurance checks. The associate will also cross-train in other production roles, address operational issues, and work with the team to meet production and company goals. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential. Inland describes this as an entry-level opportunity and provides on-the-job training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Motivation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to use and learn new technology.
Responsibilities
