About The Position

The 2nd Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth. The role contributes to team development and performance, guest engagement and loyalty, store presentation, operational execution, inventory management, expense control, safety, and loss prevention. The position requires working in a fragrance-filled environment and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

High school completion or equivalent GED.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain store appearance by implementing company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, planning, visual maintenance, signage, and cleanliness.
Assist in analyzing the business and creating action plans for effective execution of operational activities.
Assist in identifying root causes and creating action plans that drive results.
Ensure clear and effective team communication that creates understanding and alignment.
Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities and follow company policies and the Code of Ethics.
Achieve or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.
