About The Position

Feeling stuck as an apprentice? If you’ve been working hard but haven’t been sent to school, aren’t getting real mentorship, or feel like you’re doing the same jobs over and over, that’s not how an apprenticeship should work. At Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we believe apprentices should move forward every year, not get parked in place. We don’t just hire apprentices, we develop technicians. We offer a clear career path with structured support and planned apprenticeship progression, hands-on mentorship from experienced Journeyman Technicians, a high-volume shop with real learning, real experience and real hours, and paid manufacturer training with Stellantis systems and diagnostics in a modern facility with OEM tools and equipment. If your current shop won’t invest in your future, we will.

Requirements

  • 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year Automotive Technician Apprentices
  • Apprentices who want to advance, not to stall
  • Hardworking, reliable team players who want real mentorship

Nice To Haves

  • Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills and gain experience through hands-on mentorship.
