Pathways to Community is looking for someone to lead our Residential Services department. The primary function of the General Manager is the coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s programs and must work proactively each day to ensure the programs they oversee are operating at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure. It is the responsibility of the General Manager to act in the role of the Designated Manager, providing management and oversight that includes evaluation of the program quality and program improvement for services provided.
