2027 Truist Analyst Program - Technology, Data, and Operations Track (Full Time Intern Conversion)
About The Position
This is an immersive program where participants will dive into critical work through rotations in specific areas of the bank over the course of a year. The program includes a custom curriculum to deepen financial services acumen and build mission-critical skills. It offers real work experience combined with a customized curriculum and interactions with top leaders at Truist, aiming for fast-track impact. The program is designed to help teammates connect, learn from each other, and experience the power of One Team, building a network for future support. Upon successful completion, there's an opportunity for placement based on business needs, preference, and performance. The Technology, Data, & Operations Track is a comprehensive, structured, broad-based rotational financial services immersion program focusing on professional development, financial services acumen, strategy, technology delivery, problem-solving, data analysis, storytelling, project management, risk governance, and Truist's organization and culture. It includes exposure to senior leaders and two rotations within the Truist Technology, Data, & Operations department. This division focuses on creating seamless user experiences through technology and humanity, offering a combination of technical skills, professional development, and enterprise-wide networking in a supportive, risk-taking environment. TD&O Analysts work on innovative projects in areas like Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Project/Product Management, becoming catalysts for the company's competitiveness.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 2026 Truist Interns only. Applicants who were not 2026 Truist interns will not be considered.
- Truist is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027
- 3.0+ GPA preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong initiative and personal accountability
- Demonstrated leadership through on campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience
- Enthusiasm for a career in financial services
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to relocate for the program and locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion.
- Individuals hired into Technology, Data, & Operations track will be located in Charlotte or Atlanta for the duration of the training program and rotations.
Responsibilities
- Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
- Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, during the program.
- Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
- Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.
