About The Position

This requisition is open to 2026 Truist Interns only. Applicants who were not 2026 Truist interns will not be considered. Requisitions open to other external candidates will be posted at a later date if additional positions remain open for the Technology and Innovation Internship. Truist is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time for this position. The Technology, Data, and Operations Internship Program is a summer intern program that provides future leaders of Truist with a strong foundation within technology and the financial services industry as a whole. The program provides high performing students with an opportunity to develop their leadership and technical skills and work on innovative projects and assignments within Enterprise Technology & Operations. Participants will get to work on innovative projects and assignments within Technology, Data, and Operations organization and will gain experience within Software Development, Cybersecurity, AI & Data, and Operations teams. The Truist Summer Intern Program is designed to enrich the intern experience by providing a holistic view of financial services, professional development, leadership training, executive exposure, and Truist organizational and culture awareness as well as technical skills. Interns from across the enterprise come together to create a Truist intern community which enhances learning and builds networks. The Technology, Data, and Operations team develops and supports the technology capabilities that drive and enable us to serve the financial needs of our clients.

Requirements

Interested in learning more about a career in financial services
Working towards the completion of a BA/BS or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
Business-related degree or coursework preferred.
Must be a 2026 Truist Intern
Demonstrated strong academic performance.
Demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement or work experience
Demonstrated strong initiative, adaptability/flexibility, and growth mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a professional team environment
Demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
