About The Position

The intern will work closely with a defined team to support its department and participate in a cross-functional intern business challenge. The program includes approximately 32–36 hours per week of department work and 4 hours per week on the business challenge. The position is carried out primarily in an office environment within a factory setting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a college sophomore, junior, or senior in a relevant degree program, with foundational knowledge in the corresponding field of study.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally in a time-sensitive environment.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
