2027 Spring Intern - PTQ Project Management Office
About The Position
This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. You will report to a Senior Program/Project Manager in the PTQ Portfolio and Project Management Office. Your role will be to help the PTQ PMO drive the implementation of projects that strengthen Roche’s Quality and Compliance capabilities. You will collaborate across global, matrixed teams to support complex initiatives that embed regulatory compliance, GMP standards, and digital enablement across PT in alignment with the PT Strategy and Performance Promises. The ideal candidate is a self-starter deeply curious and energized by learning. You should be comfortable with working through ambiguity and are able to prioritize and manage multiple demands and commitments.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).
- Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).
- Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student).
- Must have attained a Master's Degree.
- Pursuing a degree in Life Science/ Business/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Liberal Arts / or related fields.
- Leadership – building and/or guiding a team, project or equivalent.
- Proficiency with collaboration / productivity tools.

Responsibilities
- Support the management of projects and portfolios.
- Assist in preparing data to help projects deliver systemic change and measurable value.
- Contribute to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the PTQ Project Management Office.
- Assist in the planning, mobilization, execution, and delivery of PMO initiatives.
- Support the adoption of new processes, systems, and digital enablers by participating in workshops, agile sprints, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other priorities as assigned by the Head of the PTQ Project Management Office.
