About The Position
Americo and Imperial PFS are co-hosting a paid, 10-week summer internship program in Kansas City, running from June through August. Interns work on business projects, gain real-world experience, build professional skills, and network with professionals across both companies and with fellow interns. The program includes mentoring, professional development, and team-building activities. Opportunities are available across departments including Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Project Management, IT, Claims, New Business, Producer Services, and Operations. This is an onsite internship, and candidates must be in the Kansas City area to be considered. Limited housing is available.
Requirements
- Must be currently pursuing a degree and remain fully enrolled in the program for the duration of the internship.
- Must be able to begin the internship in June in Kansas City.
- Must have freshman through senior standing at a four-year institution and be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Must be in the Kansas City area for this onsite internship.
- Able to use Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
