About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2027 Corporate Risk Development Program. The Corporate Risk Development Program (CRDP) is designed to provide students and recent college graduates with a blend of foundational risk-specific and career development opportunities, incorporating real-world experiences through on-the-job learning, instructor-led training, and professional development. CRDP is built on immersive, hands-on learning. Through signature experiential training sessions, participants move beyond traditional classroom learning to engage directly with the business—working through real scenarios, interacting with front-line partners, and gaining firsthand insight into how risk is identified, assessed, and managed across the firm. These experiences are intentionally designed to simulate real-world challenges, accelerate development, and provide a level of exposure that goes well beyond a typical rotational program. Throughout the two-year program, participants rotate across Corporate Risk functions while receiving structured coaching, performance feedback, and development support to build the technical expertise, business perspective, and professional skills needed to succeed at Wells Fargo.
