About The Position

Dow's Treasury organization is seeking individuals who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related Business degree and who are motivated by the challenges and rewards of working for a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and change. Individuals will be assigned to a challenging early career position in Treasury that will introduce them to the various processes that make up Treasury: Funding, Financial Risk Management, Financial Planning, Financial Operations, Treasury Systems, Portfolio Investments, Corporate Planning, Insurance, Venture Capital and Compliance. Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related Business degree with a graduation date no later than September 2027.
A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Economics: Understanding economic trends and market conditions that impact financial strategy and decision-making
Statistics: Using quantitative techniques to evaluate data, identify trends, and support business recommendations
Finance: Applying financial principles to support cash management, investments, and capital allocation decisions
Predictive Forecasting: Evaluating historical and current data to anticipate future financial needs and outcomes
Growth Mindset: Embracing continuous learning, adaptability, and new approaches to problem-solving
Data Analysis: Transforming complex financial and business data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Accounting: Understanding financial statements, reporting processes, and the underlying drivers of financial performance
Candidates should have no more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation. This role is part of our Early Career Program and is designed for individuals early in their professional journey.
