About The Position

Koley Jessen’s Summer Associate Program is designed to give first-year law students hands-on experience and exposure to the firm’s culture while helping the firm identify potential entry-level attorneys. The program runs for 12 weeks and includes three rotations, providing exposure to several practice areas. Summer associates may attend court hearings, trials, depositions, transaction closings, and client meetings, and complete legal research and writing projects. Each associate is paired with a mentor, participates in practical training sessions, and receives feedback while rotating through practice areas. The program also includes firm-sponsored social activities outside the office to help associates build relationships within the firm. Applicants should attach a resume, cover letter, and transcripts.
