About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in and around Union County, Pennsylvania. DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to make a difference in clients’ lives, and a stable, supportive team environment with around-the-clock clinical support. The position is part-time, with opportunities for growth to full-time.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including dressing, grooming, and basic hygiene.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time with clients doing their favorite hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
