Requirements

Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required
NYS Nursing licensure required
Must be computer literate
Completion of onboarding required prior to training
Must have malpractice insurance

Nice To Haves

21yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Non-verbal, Non-ambulatory, Quadriplegic
Family member available to assist with transfers & repositioning
Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available nearby)
Patient-specific training provided
Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)

Responsibilities

1:1 Nursing in patient's home
Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
