Requirements

  • Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals

Nice To Haves

  • bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
  • Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
  • Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
  • Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
  • Complete documentation using electronic systems.
