About The Position
As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist at an independently owned and operated H&R Block franchise office, you will help clients make confident, informed decisions by providing a welcoming and helpful experience. You will build client relationships and support their needs in person, over the phone, and virtually. The listed pay range is $16.90–$17.50 per hour. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions; employment questions should be directed to the franchisee.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the tax professional best suited to their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Help ensure clients’ needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
