About The Position
Assists physicians during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. Prepares rooms and equipment, monitors patient condition, instructs patients, and provides routine and emergency care. Works primarily day shift with limited call responsibilities. Supports patient safety, adheres to protocols, and contributes to staff training. Participates in quality initiatives and audits to ensure optimal lab performance.
Requirements
- RCIS or ARRT-certified
- Open to Rad Techs seeking Cath Lab transition
- ACLS and BLS within 30 days of hire
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Thursday, with call only (no weekends)
- Less than 1 year experience acceptable if certified
- Able to respond to emergencies and assist in patient care during procedures
