About The Position
AVIR AT JEFFREY PLACE is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility. The facility boasts an amazing, cohesive, and fun in-house therapy team that manages a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. They are actively developing programs in balance, gait, sensory integration, and creative groups. Vital Therapy, the network AVIR AT JEFFREY PLACE belongs to, operates over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities across Texas and Tulsa, OK. Vital Therapy emphasizes the importance of in-house therapy, aims to bring joy to patients and residents daily, and is dedicated to developing and empowering its leaders with a strong commitment to quality of care.
Requirements
- TX PTA license
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting.
- Work with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of programs in balance, gait, sensory integration, and creative groups.
