PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN – PART TIME Days Every other Sat/Sun and rotating Monday and Friday - The Community Hospice – Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany The Community Hospice has a full- time rewarding opportunity for a Patient Care Technician with experience in end-of-life care, to work in a supportive relationship with other members of our health care team to provide compassionate care to hospice patients and to support their families/caregivers at our 14-bed inpatient hospice program on the 5th Floor of St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY.
