FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Inc.•Pinehurst, NC
About The Position
To provide courier service for transporting laboratory specimens between FirstHealth entities and clinics. Please note that this is not a Full-Time position. This is a Half-Time position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid NC or SC drivers licensse with a good driving history.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety, specimen handling and infection control standards preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs lab specimen pick-ups and deliveries in a timely manner following designated routes.
- Effectively communicates problems or delays in expected arrival times.
- Manages and maintains specimen integrity throughout the transport process.
