About The Position

We are looking for a Zuora Billing Administrator to support and maintain a live Zuora Billing and Revenue environment, managing product catalog updates, custom fields, events and notifications, and security requests across sandbox and production tenants. You will review and implement change control documents, support audit requests, deploy workflows, and collaborate closely with the Zuora Admin team and Financial Systems Engineering. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Zuora experience and strong critical thinking skills.

Requirements

  • General billing knowledge is expected given the nature of the system
  • 3+ years of experience (mid-level)
  • Familiar with Zuora UI
  • Ability to understand business requirements and accurately implement approved configuration changes within Zuora
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking skills are a must
  • Upper-intermediate English level
