About The Position
Torch Fitness by Valet Living is seeking fitness professionals to substitute teach Zumba classes at luxury apartment communities in Decatur, GA and Duluth, GA. This role is for an independent contractor who will be part of a growing team focused on delivering high-quality fitness services to community members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable teaching group fitness classes and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Requirements
- Liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs and classes.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- College degree.
- Fitness certification.
Responsibilities
- Substitute teach occasional Zumba classes.
- Travel to and from the community.
- Check in and track attendance using the software system.
- Clock-in and register students for sessions using our software.
- Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used during classes.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes.
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments.
- Be a fitness leader in the community.
- Build your book and brand yourself for success.
