About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Zumba After School Instructor to lead engaging Zumba classes for students in grades K-5. This role involves teaching at various sites in Bakersfield, CA, with classes typically running in 60-minute blocks between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The specific days and class dates are to be determined. Compensation is $75 per hour of class, with additional compensation for assignments like mini-camps or field trips.
Requirements
- Experience in teaching Zumba or similar fitness programs.
- Ability to engage and manage children in grades K-5.
- Reliable transportation to various sites in Bakersfield, CA.
- Availability during after-school hours (typically 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
Nice To Haves
- Zumba instructor certification.
- Experience working with children in an after-school setting.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
