About The Position

The Infosys Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit works with clients in telecommunications, media, and technology to support digital transformation and growth. In the assigned role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, the employee will lead IT infrastructure project delivery in alignment with business goals and client requirements. The role combines project leadership and client relationship management with hands-on network security expertise in Zscaler technologies.

The position supports and manages Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments, designs and implements Zscaler solutions, and configures security policies. It also involves managing project scope, risks, estimates, budgets, resources, proposals, and changes, while supporting team performance and development. Preferred activities include integrating Zscaler with identity and other security tools, troubleshooting access issues, monitoring logs and performance, and providing L3 support.

Requirements

• Experience in network security, with strong hands-on expertise in proxy, firewall, and Secure Web Gateway technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing and integrating Zscaler with IAM tools and other network or security tools.
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, and application-access issues.
• Experience monitoring logs and performance to identify threats and improve user experience.
• Experience providing L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide regular updates.
• Review project deliverables and drive process improvements using innovative IT infrastructure methods and tools.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Participate in resource planning, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, including estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
• Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.
• Design and implement Zscaler solutions, including traffic forwarding and Zero Trust access setup.
• Configure URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, and DLP security policies.
