About The Position
The zoning team oversees one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for zoning requests and tracking, and follow up. Coordinating with other teammates.
Requirements
- MS Software skills
- Organizational and coordinating skills
- Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to team members.
- Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.
- AA preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced administrative function.

- General analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Update logs, database, and files
- Prepares check requests
- Performs research as required for projects and follows up on requested projects
- Requests information and documents from the applicable municipality, following up on requests and clarifying conformation information when necessary
- Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances
