Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties. Prospects, qualifies and closes new accounts, new Retailers, Builders, Developers, and communities. Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products. Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders. Demonstrates products with ability to feature benefit. Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability, construction etc. Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information. Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner. Promotes products at trade shows and conferences. Must qualify prospective customers to get them approved by corporate credit.
