About The Position

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties. Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products. Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders. Demonstrates products and points out salable features. Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability. Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information. Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner. Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
