About The Position

The Zone Manager oversees multiple fashion retail stores within a geographic area. The role is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and leading store managers and associates. The Zone Manager implements company strategies, achieves sales goals, and maintains strong store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in retail management, including at least 2 years in a multi-store management role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in retail management systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
Ability to travel within the zone as required.
Skills in profitability analysis, retail customer interaction, retail operations management, staff coaching and training, selling, stocking, pricing, and operational policy development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zone sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
Execute promotional programs and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Oversee daily operations of stores in the zone, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards across stores.
Coordinate merchandise replenishment and maintain organized stockrooms.
Address basic IT and register issues, escalating them as necessary.
Provide direction, coaching, and training to store managers and associates.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports performance and employee development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Address performance issues promptly and work with HR on corrective actions.
Manage zone budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Monitor store expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare for and participate in inventories, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
Promptly report workplace injuries and safety concerns.
