This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining the placement of vehicles within a designated zone or move area according to established standards. The Zone Administrator will utilize daily information from supervisors and dashboards to make informed decisions about vehicle staging and movement. The position focuses on continuous improvement in safety and efficiency, ensuring vehicles are moved safely to their proper destinations, minimizing multiple drop-off points and maximizing load efficiency. The role also involves confirming vehicle operability, labeling vehicles for sale and routing, and communicating inventory status and priorities to crew leaders and managers. A key aspect of this role is to embody and champion Cox/Manheim values, treating all employees with respect, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Zone Administrator is expected to be a visible representation of Manheim’s safety commitment by adhering to all safety and health procedures and modeling safe behaviors. Additional duties may be assigned by management, and overtime may be required based on business needs.
