Requirements
- A strong understanding of commercial claims, insurance litigation and an ability to address complex technical problems.
- A proven track record of technical claims skills.
- Strong, rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Juris Doctor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manages the zonal team of claims client account management staff.
- Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to zone management.
- Enhance claims relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards.
- Participate in Zone Executive Committee and represent the “voice of claims” in Zone strategy discussions and directives.
- Manages zonal team of Claims Account Managers, Client Service Managers.
