About The Position

Our Zipline Guides help guests gear up, stay safe, and soar across one of the longest canopy tours in the continental U.S. You'll lead small groups of all ages, keep the energy positive, and make sure every run feels fun and worry‑free. It's an active, outdoors‑all‑day role with a team that's supportive, easygoing, and proud of what we do.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (16 for monitors)
• Comfortable spending full days outside in all kinds of weather
• Ability to work with heights
• Ability to move on uneven terrain
• Ability to occasionally lift 25-50 lbs
• Must stay alert
• Must make good decisions
• Must bring a friendly, safety-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Help guests gear up
• Ensure guest safety
• Lead small groups of all ages on zipline tours
• Maintain positive energy
• Ensure tours are fun and worry-free
