About The Position
The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more! The Zip Line Guide position is responsible for ensuring all safety requirements are met and provide outstanding customer service at Wilderness Canyon Zip Line. Position begins training inside the resort at arcades/attractions and will move to Zip Line Associate when the weather warms up. This is a part- or full-time position with day, night and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Fully complete training from a Wilderness Canyon Zip Line Trainer.
- Attend monthly in-service dates.
- Cash handling skills may be required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are properly fitted with correct harness and/or gear at each attraction.
- Inspect the course daily and fill out appropriate checklists for each attraction.
- Alert proper personnel when attractions are in need of repair.
- Keep ride/attraction area and surrounding areas clean.
- Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards.
- Enforce posted rules for each attraction.
- Assist with lost and/or separated children.
- Guide will interact with guests and direct them to the correct attraction.
- Ensure the safety of staff and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
