Requirements
- OPERATED AND MAINTAINED INDUSTRIAL PORTIONING AND PACKAGING MACHINES IN A FAST-PACED PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT, ENSURING CONSISTENT OUTPUT AND MINIMAL DOWNTIME
- Experience operating and maintaining industrial portioning and packaging machines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Strong numerical skills with experience in inventory management and stock control
- Solid understanding of allergen segregation and food safety compliance
- Clear, articulate communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic team player who practices professionalism and understanding in all interactions

Responsibilities
- The main activity in this department is the packaging of the ingredients per our different recipes specifications, into their appropriate plastic packaging and kits.
- Prepare and package food items according to weekly recipe specifications with the use and operation of specific single use packaging portioning machines
- Set up and maintain the packaging machines in safe, clean and good operating condition
- Work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility
- This position involves frequent bending and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as part of the essential duties
- The role includes end-of-shift cleanup and the proper staging of finished products
- Working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 0-4 degrees Celsius
