About The Position

We are seeking a Zamboni Driver/Facilities team member to maintain our ice surfaces and general facilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide training. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work a flexible schedule, and possess basic computer skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to problem solve, take responsibility, take pride in what we are doing.
• Basic computer skills
• Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain ice surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
• Ability to make decisions quickly with confidence.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
