• Strong knowledge base of z/OS performance and tuning
• Capacity planning
• Strong SAS programming skills
• MICS/MXG

• Analyze CPU, I/O SMF records
• Workload Manager policy changes
• WLM usage of reporting tools (MICS, MXG)
• RMF Monitor
• Omegamon
• Diagnostic tools (Freeze Frame)
• Multi-task in a high demand global environment
