- Knowledge of automation products.
- OMEGAMON, BMC.
- Expert skill in REXX scripting.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) to coordinate with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Support z/OS mainframe infrastructure automation using OPS/MVS CA-Operator products.
- Gather functional requirements.
- Diagnose errors/develop problem reports.
