YouTube Product Manager Intern – FR
About The Position
We are looking for a YouTube Product Manager Intern to join our French-speaking team. This is not a traditional content creator internship. You will learn how to build YouTube channels as real products: finding the right opportunities, launching them, producing at scale, ranking for the searches that matter, analyzing performance, and constantly testing. The role's playing field is iGaming, mainly online casino, a highly competitive market. The business model is affiliate marketing, where channels send viewers to partner brands, earning payment when viewers sign up. Performance is concrete: ranking leads to traffic, which generates sign-ups.
Requirements
- Some experience with video editing or content creation.
- Understanding the basics of SEO, or a genuine interest in learning it.
- Experience using AI tools and experimenting with new ones.
- Native French proficiency (for writing and voice-overs).
- Good English proficiency (working language of the team).
- Curiosity and a strong way of thinking.
- Preference for testing over guessing.
- Comfort with numbers.
- Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions independently.
- Ability to understand why something works or doesn't and adjust quickly.

- Having already launched a YouTube channel, website, social media account, or another digital project.
Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities in the French-speaking market through keywords, search intent, competitors, and content angles.
- Turning research into channels and videos.
- Launching channels, developing ideas, scripts, voice-overs, and thumbnails.
- Publishing videos.
- Building YouTube SEO-driven content strategies.
- Optimizing titles, thumbnails, and hooks.
- Analyzing rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions.
- Running experiments, understanding results, and deciding on next steps.
- Utilizing AI and automation throughout the workflow.
- Operating within YouTube's policies and the constraints of a regulated industry.
- Understanding why something works or doesn't and adjusting quickly.
