The program focuses on rapid de-escalation, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care through a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. Services include comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and coordination with families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and supported transition to the appropriate level of care.
