About The Position

This position is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to youth in a residential setting. The Youth Worker III will implement treatment plans, facilitate group and individual activities, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. This role involves working with a diverse population of youth and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working with youth in a residential or similar setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology).
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth in a residential setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment.
• Document resident progress and incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Respond to emergencies and crises as needed.

Benefits

• Shift Premium - $2.13 an hour between 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Shift Premium - $1.13 an hour between 11:01 p.m. and 6:59 a.m.
• Weekend Premium - $2.13 per hour
• Holiday Premium - $2.13 per hour
